ExpertPrep is looking for professionals with a minimum of 7 years experience in healthcare, finance, engineering, marketing, advertising or operations who wish to provide career coaching to job seekers & career transitioners.  Our coaches provide counseling via a web-based platform and scheduled phone calls both students and experienced individuals. The opportunity enables accomplished professionals to leverage their knowledge and experience to provide critical advice to job seekers in the recruiting process. Coaches work remotely from the comfort of their own home / office at times that accommodate their schedule; however, they must have the bandwidth to provide a  minimum of 10 hours of coaching per week. ExpertPrep coaches must also complete a comprehensive training regimen that educates them in our coaching methodologies.

Candidates who fit our profile have the following characteristics:

• Minimum of 7 years professional experience 
• VERY HIGH comfort level with web based technologies
• Passion for developing others
• Minimum of 10 hours per week to coach
• Demonstrated experience coaching / mentorship / teaching
• VERY good sense of what hiring organizations are looking for
• Extremely dependable and can effectively manage their schedule
